NOTICE OF SALE

This is to inform (Christeena Churchill) of (Big Lake, Minnesota) that he/she has defaulted on storage Unit #(25) at A.M. Stewart Storage facility, ( I94Stormor) located at ( 17425 County Road 75, Clearwater, Minnesota). On (Friday) (February) (28th) at (4:00 PM CST) the contents will be forfeited and liquidated on a public online auction sold to the highest bidder unless the balance is paid in full. Monies received to AMS Storage from the sale will be applied to the owing balance. Any monies remaining thereafter will be obtained in Small Claims Court.
