NOTICE OF SALE

This is to inform (Matt Lerum) of (Monticello, Minnesota) that he/she has defaulted on storage Unit# (SC04) at A.M. Stewart Storage facility, (Structural Complex) located at (12926 1st Street, Becker, Minnesota). On {Friday) (February) {28th) at (4:00 PM CST) the contents will be forfeited and liquidated on a public online auction sold to the highest bidder unless the balance is paid in full. Monies received to AMS Storage from the sale will be applied to the owing balance. Any monies remaining thereafter will be obtained in Small Claims Court.
