NOTICE OF PUBLICHEARING
The Lynden Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 20, 2020 at 6:30 PM at the Lynden Town Hall, 21367 County Road 44, Clearwater MN 55320 to consider a variance application submitted by Kevin Kottke for a garage to be constructed approximately 5 feet from the side lot line; 10 feet is required according to Stearns County Zoning Ordinance #439 Section 9.9.9A(4) adopted by reference as Lynden Township Ordinance #7. The subject property is ID # 19.10722.0554 described as Lot 004 of Hidden River Addition, Section 32, Township 122, Range 027, with a property address of 14736 Hidden River Drive, South Haven, MN 55382.
