  NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Lynden Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 20, 2020 at 6:15 PM at the Lynden Town Hall, 21367 County Road 44, Clearwater MN 55320 to consider a variance application submitted by Todd & Shari Fruechte for an addition to their house and a garage to be constructed approximately 25 feet (for the addition) and 33 feet (for the garage) from Emerson Road; 63 feet is required according to Stearns County Zoning Ordinance #439 Section 9.9.9A(3) adopted by reference as Lynden Township Ordinance #7.

The subject property is ID # 19.10584.0000 described as Lot 002 of Bayview Addition, Section 05, Township 122, Range 027, with a property address of 19045 Emerson Rd, Clearwater, MN 55320.
