NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that default has been made in the terms and conditions of the Declaration of Trout Brook Condominium Association, Inc. (henceforth the “Declaration”) recorded in the office of the Recorder for Sherburne County, Minnesota on February 11, 2000, as Document No. 407905, and as amended, which covers the following property:
Unit No. 98, Trout Brook Condominium, CIC No. 12, Sherburne County, Minnesota
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Declaration, there is claimed to be due and owing as of June 14, 2017, from Paul J. Anderson and Jeanne E. Anderson, title holders, to Trout Brook Condominium Association, Inc., a Minnesota non-profit corporation, the principal amount of Five Thousand, One Hundred Forty-four and 64/100ths Dollars ($5,144.64) for assessments, late fees and related charges, plus assessments, collection costs, attorneys’ fees and other amounts will be incurred since said date, including costs of collection and foreclosure;
