NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Becker Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, May 11th, 2020. If the Peacetime State of Emergency/pandemic situation allows, the meeting will take place at Becker Town Hall, 12165 Hancock Street. If meeting at the Town Hall will not be possible, the Planning Commission will meet via Webex meeting and the clerk will post the call in/video information on the Town website, Township Hall and Becker City Hall.
The Town Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings:
7:01 p.m. R.D. Offutt Farms owner/applicant Conditional Use Permit application for a self-supporting tower for their private use in the farming operation. Tower location would be 14639 137th Street SE, Becker, MN.
7:2 p.m. Brian & Bonnie Kolbinger and Sherie Kolbinger, Boundary Line Adjustment Application. Brian & Bonnie Kolbinger and Sheri Kolbinger, applicants and owners, have submitted a Boundary Line Adjustment application requesting to adjust the boundary line between their properties located at 16394 92nd Street SE and 16270 92nd Street SE, Becker, MN.
Anyone interested in this request is encouraged to attend either in person or virtually depending on how events unfold and comment at the Public Hearing.
