Notice of Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the Becker Town Board will hold their monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, May 18, 2020 at Becker Town Hall, 12165 Hancock Street.  The Town Board will hold public hearings regarding the following:

7:10 p.m. Building Code Ordinance Amendment – Proposed language change to Certificate of Survey requirements for accessory structures not requiring a building permit.

7:15 p.m. Right of way ordinance – Section 4 administrative correction.

Anyone interested in these items is encouraged to attend and comment at the Public Hearing either in person, virtually via teleconference or video conference.  If the Peacetime State of Emergency is still in effect, please see the Town website www.beckertownship.org/public_notices or contact the clerk for further details by phone 763-261-5301 or email.  Access codes will be available the week prior to the Town Board meeting if necessary. If you are unable to attend please provide written comment to Lucinda Messman at PO Box 248, Becker, MN 55308 or by e-mail to clerk@beckertownship.org by 4:00 p.m. on May 18, 2020.
