NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Becker Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 13, 2020 at Becker Town Hall, 12165 Hancock Street.  The Town Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings: 

7:01 p.m.  Howard and Joann Johnson,owners/applicants, Preliminary Plat Application for a portion of the parcel identification 05-120-4100, described as the South 459.00 feet of the West 532.00 feet of the East 865.00 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, Section 20, Township 34N, Range 28W, Sherburne County, Minnesota.

7:05 p.m.  Andrea Kolbinger and Steven J – Etal Kolbinger, owners/applicants, Boundary Line Adjustment Application for the parcels identified as 05-116-2400 SE ¼ of NW ¼ of Section 16, Township 34N, Range 28W and 16080 92nd Street SE, Becker, MN.

7:08 p.m.  Becker Joint Planning Board Zoning Ordinance– definition of building height and how it is determined.

Anyone interested in these requests is encouraged to attend and comment at the Public Hearing.  If remote attendance is desired due to the current Peacetime State of Emergency and Pandemic Declarations, please contact the Clerk prior to the public hearing and remote access will be made available. If you plan to attend in person, please notify the clerk prior to the meeting as social distancing protocols are being followed and limited in person seating is available.  If you are unable to attend please provide written comment to Lucinda Messman at P.O.
