NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENa public hearing will be held at the Clear Lake City Hall building located at 7684 1st Ave West for the purpose of considering granting a variance to Grand Irrigation, to install a private well and septic on their property located at 7551 State St. in the City of Clear Lake.  Any persons wishing to make public comment on this request may do so in person at the hearing or in writing to the city clerk. Written comments must be received prior to the hearing date.
