GENERAL PERFORMANCE STANDARDS AND SUBDIVISION STANDARDS

SUMMARY

AN AMENDMENT TO THE JOINT PLANNING BOARD ZONING ORDINANCE, SECTION 16, GENERAL PERFORMANCE STANDARDS AND SECTION 18, SUBDIVISION STANDARDS

The Becker Joint Planning Board so ordains:

SECTION  1.   An Amendment to Zoning Ordinance as follows:

The ordinance amends Section 16, General Performance Standards to allow shipping containers to be used as accessory to approved commercial uses; and amends Section 18, Subdivision Standards to remove a maximum depth-to-width ratio for newly-created lots.          

SECTION  2.  Effective Date.   This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and publication.

Adopted this 23rd day of June, 2020.
