Request for Proposals Winter Road Maintenance

Written proposals will be received by the Lynden Township Clerk until Fri., Sept. 6, 2019, at 6 p.m. for Winter Road Maintenance on Lynden Township roads. This includes but is not limited to snow plowing, ice removal & salt & sanding all Lynden Township roads commencing Oct. 1, 2019 & shall end June 1, 2020.

Bid documents are available by emailing the clerk @ clerk@lyndentownship.net or by calling 320-774-8507. Proposals shall be in a sealed envelope labeled “Proposal for WINTER ROAD MAINTENANCE” & may be delivered by U.S. mail, other carrier, or submitted in person & shall be addressed to:

The completed packet should also include a current Certificate of Liability Insurance.

Proposals will be opened & reviewed by the Board of Supervisors at the Lynden Township Hall located at 21367 County Road 44, Clearwater MN 55320 at their regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, September 9, 2019, at or about 7:30 pm. The Board reserves the right to reject any & all proposals or any portion thereof for any or no reason & to waive any irregularities
