NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Becker Township Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, September 9, 2019 at Becker Town Hall, 12165 Hancock Street. The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings:

7:01 p.m. Valery Wruck, Wruck Excavating, Rezoning Application. Valery Wruck, Wruck Excavating, applicant, and Todd Maloney, owner have submitted an application to rezone parcel 05-009-3105 from Agriculture to Commercial.  Parcel is located along Trunk Highway 10 S9 T34N R28W described as NE ¼ of SW ¼ N of Hwy, Becker, MN.

7:05 p.m. Valery Wruck, Wruck Excavating, Conditional Use Permit Application. Valery Wruck, Wruck Excavating, applicant, and Todd Maloney, owner have submitted a Conditional Use Permit application to operate Wruck Companies, including limited truck/equipment sales from parcel 05-009-3105.  Parcel is located along Trunk Highway 10 S9 T34N R28W described as NE ¼ of SW ¼ N of Hwy, Becker, MN.

7:10 p.m. Island Rentals, LLC, Preliminary Plat Application.  Island Rentals, LLC applicant/owner has submitted a Preliminary Plat Application for Becker Meadows, parcel 05-134-3310.  The current address of this parcel is 12611 165th Ave SE, Becker, MN  55308.

7:15 p.m. Island Rentals, LLC, Final Plat Application.  Island Rentals, LLC applicant/owner has submitted a Final Plat Application for Becker Meadows, parcel 05-134-3310.  The current address of this parcel is 12611 165th Ave SE, Becker, MN  55308.
