BUILDING CODE, CONSTRUCTION LICENSING, PERMITS AND REGULATION

SUMMARY

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 2018-02, ADOPTING THE STATE BUILDING CODE, CONSTRUCTION LICENSING, PERMITS AND REGULATION

The new ordinance allows swimming pool covers that are compliant with the 2018 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code to be used as a barrier in lieu of fencing.

The Becker Town Board so ordains:

SECTION  1.   An Amendment to Town of Becker Ordinance 2018-02 as follows:

TOWN OF BECKER ORDINANCE 2019-01

SECTION  2.  Effective Date.   This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and publication.

Adopted this 19th day of August, 2019.
