CITY OF CLEARWATER SEEKING PUBLIC COMMENTS

Clearwater, MN September 25, 2019:The City of Clearwater is requesting public comments on the potential environmental impact of a project to construct a section of watermain to provide looping to the South Interstate 94 service area. The project will improve water quality, flow, and reliability to the area south of Interstate 94 within the City of Clearwater service area. 

The City intends to finance the project with a drinking water revolving fund loan. The loan is being jointly administered by the MN Public Facilities Authority and the MN Department of Health.
