NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN a public hearing will be held at the Clear Lake City Hall building located at 7684 1st Ave West for the purpose of considering granting a variance to CMP Attachments, to install a private well/septic on his property parcel ID # 70-018-1200 in the City of Clear Lake, also  

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the same public hearing will be held at the Clear Lake City Hall building located at 7684 1st Ave West for the purpose of considering rezoning property located on parcel # 70-018-1200 owning to CMP Attachments in the City of Clear Lake.  

Any persons wishing to make public comment on this request may do so in person at the hearing or in writing to the city clerk. Written comments must be received prior to the hearing date.
