ORDINANCE NO. 501-01

ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 501 BY REGULATING GARBAGE AND RECYCLING CONTAINERS ON CITY  

The purpose and intent of this amendment to this Ordinance is to allow proper clearing of snow on City streets, garbage and recycling cans, tubs or other receptacles shall not be placed on the street during snow events and afterward until such time that the streets are plowed.

Printed copies of the full text of this ordinance are available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk during regular business hours or on the city website.  

This ordinance was passed and the summary thereof approved on the 7th day of October, 2019
