NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ESTABLISHING A STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

Notice is hereby given that the City Council will meet at 7:00 p.m. on November 4, 2019 in the Council Chambers at 605 County Road 75, Clearwater, MN to consider, and possibly establish, a storm sewer improvement tax district.  Persons wishing to be heard regarding this topic may speak or provide written comment at the public hearing.   

The City Council will be discussing and considering properties as described below for inclusion in the storm sewer improvement tax district:

•          All properties contained within the area bordered by I-94 to the southwest, County Road 75 to the northeast, Trunk Highway 24 to the northwest, and the City of Clearwater limits line to the southeast.

•          All properties adjacent to Porter Street between Kothman Circle and Bittersweet Drive

•          All properties adjacent to Bittersweet Drive between Walnut St. S. and Porter Street
