Notice of Filing for Town Offices to be Elected

Notice is hereby given that a town election will be held in the Township of Becker, Sherburne County, Minnesota, on Tuesday, the 10th Day of March, 2020.

The first day for filing affidavits of candidacy will be Tuesday, December 31 2019.  The last day will be Tuesday, the 14th day of January, 2020, at 5:00 p.m..

Filings may be made with Clerk Lucinda Messman.  You can either make an appointment by calling 763-360-3962 or Town Hall 763-261-5301 or emailing Lucinda@beckertownship.org.  You may file without appointment by coming into Town Hall on Tuesday, January 14th, 2020, between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. or other hours as posted on website:  http://beckertownship.org/tentative-agenda-and-office-hours.html.

The following terms will be expiring:

Supervisor Seat #1 for a term of three years. 

Supervisor Seat #2 for a term of three years.

Filing fee is $2.00.
