Town Planning Commission

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Becker Town Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, June 8th, 2020 at Becker Town Hall, 12165 Hancock Street. The Town Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings:

7:03 p.m.  Dean & Lori Moeller, applicant owner- Preliminary Plat Application for the address at 9877 155th Avenue SE, Becker, MN. 

7:04 p.m.  Becker Joint Planning Board Zoning Ordinance Amendments– Ordinance amendments as listed:  Definitions; General Performance Standards regarding Portable Temporary Storage Units; and various sections with regard to required lot width to depth ratio. 

As long as the Governor’s Declaration of a Peacetime Emergency and/or the CDC’s declaration of COVID-19 as a pandemic illness and/or social distancing recommendations are in effect, the Becker Town Board, as part of their COVID-19 Preparedness Plan, will make sure all Becker Town meetings can be attended remotely.  Remote attendance by phone:  1-855-244-8681 Call-in toll-free number (US/Canada). Meeting access code is: 289 558 677. 

If you wish to attend in person, it is requested that you contact the clerk prior to the meeting as social distancing only allows for 15 persons in the building at one time. 

Anyone interested in this request is encouraged to attend and comment at the Public Hearing.  If you are unable to attend please provide written comment to Lucinda Messman at P.O.
