Notice of Public Hearing

 Notice is hereby given that the Becker Town Board will hold their monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, January 27, 2020 at Becker Town Hall, 12165 Hancock Street.  The Town Board will hold public hearings regarding the following:  

7:20 p.m. Right of Way Ordinance Amendments and Draft Utilities Ordinance – Proposed amendments to the Town's right of way ordinance as they relate to utilities, obstructions in the rights of way, and other administrative updates. The proposed amendment includes creating a separate utilities ordinance. 

Anyone interested in this item is encouraged to attend and comment at the Public Hearing.  If you are unable to attend please provide written comment to Lucinda Messman at PO Box 248, Becker, MN  55308 or by e-mail to clerk@beckertownship.org by 4:00 p.m. on January 27, 2020.
