SUMMARY

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 2019-01:

BUILDING CODE, CONSTRUCTION LICENSING, PERMITS AND REGULATION

The Becker Town Board so ordains:

SECTION  1.   An Amendment to Town of Becker Ordinance 2019-01 as follows:

Replace all references to Ordinance 2011-02 with Ordinance 2017-03.        

SECTION  2.  Effective Date.   This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and publication.

Adopted this 18th day of May, 2020.
