NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN a public hearing will be held at the Clear Lake City Hall building located at 7684 1st Ave West on March 6, 2024 at 7 p.m. for the purpose of considering granting a variance to Royal Renovations for a size variance to construct a new electronic sign on property located at 8523 1st Ave East in the City of Clear Lake.  Any persons wishing to make public comment on this request may do so in person at the hearing or in writing to the city clerk. Written comments must be received prior to the hearing date.
