NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Lynden Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on May 8, 2023 at 6:00 PM at the Lynden Town Hall, 21367 County Road 44, Clearwater MN 55320 to consider a variance application submitted by Joe Pany for a 3rd Driveway. Per Lynden Township Ordinance 12, Section 2, Section 200.h only one (1) driveway per property / parcel will be allowed, except one additional access point may be allowed in the Industrial zone with non-residential uses and the R-5, R-10, or A-40 zoning districts on parcels of two (2) or more acres with an approved site plan per Lynden Township Ordinance #12 (See Ordinance #7 for variance process). The subject property is ID # 19.10723.0016 described as Lot 002 Block 004 of K & M RIVER HEIGHTS, Section 27, Township 123, Range 027, with a property address of 21206 Franklin Rd, Clearwater MN 55320.
