AMENDMENT TO THE SHERBURNE COUNTY 

ZONING ORDINANCE 

ORD NO –288 

The Sherburne County Board of Commissioners adopted ORD NO 288 By amending the Sherburne County Zoning Ordinance as it relates to Wrecker & Towing Service including amendments to:

Section 5 (Definitions and Rules of Language Construction) Subd 2 (Definitions) to add a definition of Wrecker and Towing Service.

Section 11 (Industrial District) Subd 4 (Interim Uses) to add Wrecker and Towing Services.

Section 16.2 (Interim Use Permits) Subd 4 (List of Interim Uses) Sub5 (Conditions) to add Wrecker and Towing Services.

This provision was passed by the Sherburne County Board of Commissioners on the 20th day of

January, 2026. A complete copy of this Zoning Ordinance Amendment is available for viewing at the Sherburne County Planning and Zoning Office, 13880 Business Center Drive, Elk River, Mn, and is duly filed with the Sherburne County Auditor upon the publication of its enactment.
