I. CALL TO ORDER

The Work Session of the Board of Education of 

Independent School District No. 727, Big

Lake Schools was called to order on 

November 12, 2025.

II. ROLL CALL

All Board members were present except 

Ms. Lenette Brown.

III. COMMUNITY EDUCATION ANNUAL UPDATE

Director of Community Education and 

Communications, Stephanie Hillman, presented the

annual update.

IV. PRELIMINARY MCA DATA DISCUSSION

Assistant Superintendent of Teaching and Learning, Minda Anderson, presented the data.

V. ANNOUNCE AND APPROVE CLOSED 

SESSION FOR NEGOTIATION STRATEGY

A motion passed to enter a closed session for 

negotiation strategy after adjournment of the

work session.

VI. ADJOURNMENT

Chair Reasoner adjourned the meeting.
