AMENDING SEC. 1.14, SUBSEC. 1.14.3 OF ARTICLE 1 OF THE UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE 

The following official summary of the ordinance referred to has been approved by the City Council of Becker as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the amendments.

Article 1 Zoning of the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) 

Sec. 1.14.3 - Table of Uses 

Definitions of cannabis wholesaler and lower potency hemp edible wholesaler were inserted and lower potency hemp edible wholesaler were added to the Table of Uses in the zoning regulations. In addition, amendments revising existing definitions for lower potency hemp edible manufacturer and retail establishments were completed along with changing the name of business application requirements for retail cannabis businesses. 

A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection by any person at City Hall any Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
