PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE – 

Assessment of Unpaid Sewer/Water Utilities

HEARING DATE:  MONDAY, NOVEMBER 3, 2025 

AT 6:30 P.M.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council for the City of Clear Lake, Sherburne County, Minnesota, will meet at 7684 1ST Ave West in said city for the purpose of considering the certification of unpaid sewer/water utilities to the 2026 property taxes.  

The public is urged to attend this hearing and all persons desiring to be heard with reference to the Assessments for unpaid Sewer/Water Utilities will be heard.
