NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Becker Township Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, November 10, 2025 at Becker Town Hall, 12165 Hancock Street. The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings beginning at 7:01 pm and following:

Public hearing for Minor Subdivision for Owner Matthew Gibas and Applicant AM Group LLC.  The owner and applicant have submitted a minor subdivision application for land located in Section 15, Township 34N, Range 28, Becker Township and identified by parcel number 05-00115-1101.

Anyone interested in this request is encouraged to attend in person or via zoom and comment at the Public Hearing.  If you have questions regarding the requests please contact Lucinda Messman at Becker Township Hall, 12165 Hancock Street, Becker, MN, 763-261-5301.  If you are unable to attend, please provide written comment to Lucinda Messman at P.O.
