AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 8 

TRAFFIC REGULATIONS

IN THE CITY OF BECKER CODE

The following official summary of the ordinance referred to has been approved by the City Council of Becker as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the amendments.

Chapter 8, Traffic Regulations

This ordinance amends Section 8,06 to provide definition, riding rules and prohibited operation of electric-assisted bicycles in the city of Becker.

A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection by any person at City Hall any Monday through Thursday between the current hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and Fridays between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
