AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7, 

AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT; SECTION 8, GENERAL

RURAL DISTRICT; SECTION 17, SPECIAL PROVISIONS; AND SECTION 20, ADMINISTRATION OF

THE BECKER JOINT PLANNING BOARD ZONING 

ORDINANCE

The Becker Joint Planning Board so ordains:

Section 1.

The Becker Joint Planning Board Zoning Ordinance shall be amended as follows:

Section 7. Agricultural District

Insertion of Special Event Venue as an Interim Use allowed in the District

Section 8. General Rural District

Insertion of Special Event Venue as an Interim Use allowed in the District

Section 16. General Performance Standards

Insertion of Conditions and Restrictions related to Special Event Venues

Section 20. Administration

Insertion of requirements related to Interim Use Permits

Section 2. Effective Date.

This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and publication.
