Superintendent Truebenbach reviewed the letter from the
Commissioner and asked if there was any public
comment or questions.

ACTIVITIES UPDATE
Activities Director, Mark Kuisle, presented the annual
activities update to the board.

REVIEW ACTIVITIES AND COACHES
HANDBOOKS
Activities Director, Mark Kuisle, reviewed the changes to the handbooks.

FINANCIAL REPORT
A motion passed to approve the financial report as
presented.

BIG LAKE COMMUNITY FOOD SHELF
AGREEMENT APPROVAL
A motion passed to approve the agreement as presented.

REVIEW EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK
Superintendent Truebenbach reviewed the changes to the handbook.

APPROVE MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR LEAD IN WATER
A motion passed to approve the management plan as
presented.

RESOLUTION TO APPOINT ELECTION JUDGES AND ABSENTEE BALLOT BOARD MEMBERS

A motion passed to approve Nov. 12, 2025 at 6:30 PM in the Middle School Student Center to canvass the Nov. 4, 2025 special election with a work session to follow.

APPROVE TIME CHANGE FOR THE SEPTEMBER 24, 2025 BOARD MEETING
A motion passed to approve the time change for the
September 24, 2025 regular meeting from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Middle School Student Center.

SCHOOL BOARD COMMITTEE/REPRESENTATIVE UPDATES

SUPERINTENDENT REPORT
Superintendent Truebenbach gave his update to the board. Work sessions will be held in the Middle School Student Center instead of Middle School Room 60.

ANNOUNCE CLOSED MEETING FOR
NEGOTIATION STRATEGY
A motion passed to enter a closed session for negotiation strategy following the adjournment of the regular meeting.
