TOWN OF BECKER

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Becker Town Board will hold their monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, October 20, 2025, at Becker Town Hall, 12165 Hancock Street. The Town Board will meet to consider the following application(s) and other related topics.  Beginning at approximately 7:01 p.m. and following:

Public hearing as follows: 

1. Owner Central Sota Cooperative, Applicant Steffes Group, Eric Gabrielson. The owner and applicant have submitted a metes and bounds subdivision application for land currently recognized by parcel identification 05-00108-4100 in S8, T34N, R28 of Becker Township, Sherburne County, Minnesota.  The planned subdivision to occur at the gravel road 82nd Street SE. 

2. Owner Central Sota Cooperative, Applicant Steffes Group, Eric Gabrielson. The owner and applicant have submitted a metes and bounds subdivision application for land currently recognized by parcel identification 05-00109-2400 in S9, T34N, R28 of Becker Township, Sherburne County, Minnesota. The planned subdivision is to separate the house with 20 acres from the remainder of the farmland.
