NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE - CHAPTER 117

FOR FINANCIAL GUARANTEE

Notice is hereby given that the Clearwater Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 15, 2025, at City Hall, 605 County Road 75 NW at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible to consider an amendment to the city’s zoning ordinance related to financial guarantee.

All persons wishing to speak on this item will be heard. Comments may be submitted in writing prior to the meeting to City Hall, PO Box 9, Clearwater, MN 55320 or emailed to asmythe@clearwatercity.com.
