AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 4 

CONSTRUCTION LICENSING, PERMITS, AND 

REGULATION IN THE CITY OF BECKER CODE 

The following official summary of the ordinance referred to has been approved by the City Council of Becker as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the amendments. 

Chapter 4, Construction Licensing, Permits, and 

Regulation 

This ordinance amends multiple sections of this chapter to align with current Minnesota building code regulations and updates permit submittal requirements for building permit applications and administrative permit applications. Additionally, it repeals SSTS regulations. 

A printed copy of the entire ordinance and official zoning map is available for inspection by any person at City Hall any Monday through Thursday between the current hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and Fridays between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
