NOTICE OF ROAD ALTERATION HEARING

Notice is Herby Given, the town board of Becker Township, Sherburne County, Minnesota will conduct a public hearing regarding the location of the road on 157th Ave SE and 92nd Street SE on the 31st day of May, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at the first driveway on 157th Avenue SE on the east side for the purpose of examining the road, receive public comment, considering the proposed action, and acting upon the order.

The proposed road alteration is legally described as:

Proposed Dedication Description. 

That part of Section 16, Township 34, Range 28, Sherburne County, Minnesota, lying 33.00 feet to the left and right of the following described centerline: 

Commencing at the East Quarter corner of said Section 16; thence North O degrees 48 minutes 21 seconds West, a distance of 11.29 feet to the point of beginning of the centerline being described; thence South 89 degrees 28 minutes 31 seconds West a distance of 1330.29 feet to a point on the east line of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Qiorter of said Section 16 distant 3.08 feet north of the southeast corner thereof; thence North 89 degrees 55 minutes 38 seconds West, a distance of 2357.75 feet; thence southwesterly 211.62 feet along a tangential curve concave to the southeast, having a radius of 310.49 feet and a central angle of 39 degrees 03 minutes 02 seconds to a point of compound curvature with a curve concave to the southeast having a radius of 292.00 feet, a central angle of 51 degrees 42 minutes 01 second and a length of 263.48 feet; thence South 0 degrees 40 minutes 42 seconds East, tangent to said curve, a distance of 2336. 68 feet to the southwest corner of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 16 and said centerline· there terminating.

EXCEPT those parts of C.S.A.H. 4 as shown on Sherburne County Highway Right of Way Plot No. 17, and of C.S.A.H. 11 as shown on Sherburne County Highway Right of Way Plot No. 98.
