NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Becker Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, June 9th, 2025, at Becker Town Hall, 12165 Hancock Street.  The Town Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings:

 7:01 p.m.  JDA Builders, LLC, applicant and owner - Preliminary Plat Application for an 11 lot subdivision on the parcel identified as 05-00103-4103 lying west of 175th Avenue SE and approximately ½ mile south of 67th Street SE.

 7:02 p.m.  Becker Joint Planning Board Zoning Ordinance Amendment.  An amendment to add to allowed uses and make more clear interim use permit requirements.

 Anyone interested in this request is encouraged to attend and comment at the Public Hearing.  If you are unable to attend please provide written comment to Lucinda Messman at P.O. Box 248, Becker, MN  55308 or by e-mail to clerk@beckertownship.org by 4:30 pm on June 9th, 2025.
