ORDINANCE NO. 2025-05

The Big Lake City Code Section 595.03 (Drug Paraphernalia Definitions) is amended to comply with MS 152.093 (Manufacture or Delivery of Drug Paraphernalia Prohibited), and Big Lake Municipal Code Section 310 (Cannabis Retail Registration). A printed copy of the Ordinance is available for inspection during regular office hours in the office of the City Clerk. Adopted by the Big Lake City Council this 14th day of May, 2025.
