Ordinance No. 3-2025 An Ordinance Rezoning Parcel From A-1
(Agricultural) to B-2 (Highway Commercial). 8890 Main Ave (PID 70-0018-2200, which fronts Highway 24, desires to operate a commercial business on the property. The property is currently zoned as A-1 Agricultural District, which does not permit commercial business. Therefore, the property is rezoned to B-2 Highway Commercial.
This ordinance becomes effective from and after its passage and publication.
