NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 14th day of April 2025 at 6:00 p.m. has been fixed as the date for the meeting of the Local Board of Appeal and Equalization 

This meeting will be held at 7684 15t Ave West Clear Lake, MN 55319. 

The purpose of this meeting is to determine whether taxable property in the city has been properly valued and classified by the assessor, and also to determine whether corrections need to be made.
