NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Becker Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, May 19, 2025 at Becker City Hall, 12060 Sherburne Avenue. The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearing at this meeting:
Approximately 6:00 p.m. – Public Hearing for a Conditional Use Permit for outdoor storage of raw material to be located at 11300 125th Ave SE. Applicant and Owner Cemstone Products Company submitted an application for a conditional use permit for outdoor storage of raw material on the property located at 11300 125th Ave SE, currently identified as PID #60-00326-1005.
Following the previous public hearing – Public Hearing for the Amended Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances, to be known as the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO), and the Amended Official Zoning District Map. A copy of the draft unified development ordinance (including four separate articles), and the draft revised official zoning district map, will be available at City Hall or https://www.ci.becker.mn.us/413/Zoning-Subdivision-Code-Rewrite-2023-202 beginning May 9, 2025. If anyone has any questions regarding this, please contact a member of the Community Development Department team prior to the meeting using the information below.
