NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Becker Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, May 12, 2025 at Becker Town Hall, 12165 Hancock Street.  The Town Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings:

 7:01 p.m.  Bevin & Diane Mitchell, applicants and owners – Interim Use Permit application to operate an event center at 16214 117th Str SE, Becker, MN,  parcel identified as 05-00128-4300.

 7:02 p.m.  Becker Joint Planning Board Zoning Ordinance Amendment.  An amendment to add further clarification to the Cannabis ordinance and Interim Use Permits. 

 Anyone interested in this request is encouraged to attend and comment at the Public Hearing.  If you are unable to attend please provide written comment to Lucinda Messman at P.O. Box 248, Becker, MN  55308 or by e-mail to clerk@beckertownship.org by 4:30 pm on May 12, 2025.
