NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR A PRELIMINARY PLAT AND SITE PLAN FOR AUTOZONE AT 55 

COUNTY ROAD 43 NW

You are hereby notified that the Big Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a Preliminary Plat and Site Plan for a two-lot subdivision for AutoZone at 55 County Road 43 NW. The hearing will be held in the Big Lake City Hall Council Chambers located at 160 Lake Street North on Monday, October 6, 2025, at or about 6:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter.

Applicant: Marda Lugar, AutoZone, 123 South Front Street, Memphis, TN 38103 

Owner: Casey’s Retail Company, PO Box 3001, One SE Convenience Boulevard, Ankeney, IA 50021

Request(s): A Preliminary Plat for a two-lot subdivision of part of Lot 1, Block 1 of Cobblestone Addition in Big Lake, and a Site Plan for an AutoZone.
