NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR A PRELIMNARY PLAT, FINAL PLAT AND VARIANCE FOR 

MITCH K FARMS FOURTH ADDITION

You are hereby notified that the Big Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a preliminary plat, final plat, and a variance for Mitch K Farms Fourth Addition, a two-lot subdivision. The hearing will be held in the Big Lake City Hall Council Chambers located at 160 Lake Street North on Monday, May 5, 2025, at or about 6:00 p.m.

Applicant: City of Big Lake, 160 Lake Street N, Big Lake, MN 55309 

Owner: Harold and Nola Mitchell – Trustee, 19100 High Line Drive, Big Lake, MN 55309

Request(s): A Preliminary and Final Plat with a variance for the Mitch K Farms Fourth Addition, a two-lot subdivision. The variance is for the minimum lot width required.
