NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Lynden Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Lynden Township Hall, 21367 County Road 44, Clearwater MN 55320 to consider a Conditional Use Permit application submitted by Paul Mcalpine and Dustin Muller for Motor Vehicle Repair - Accessory at 21707 County Road 75, Clearwater MN. A Conditional Use Permit is required according to Section 9.3.5 P and subject to the performance standards listed in Section 6.43 and Section 7 of Stearns County Zoning Ordinance #439 adopted by reference as Lynden Township Ordinance #7. The subject property is 19.10818.0100 described as Lot 004, and Lot 001, Block 001 of Muller Acres, Section 29, Township 123, Range 27.
