CITY OF BECKER

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the City of Becker Planning Commission will hold a special meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, April 28th, 2025 at the Becker City Hall, 12060 Sherburne Avenue.  The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearing at this meeting:   

Approximately 6:00 p.m. – Public Hearing for a Proposed Minor Subdivision, City of Becker, Sherburne County, Minnesota – Joseph Danielson (Owner and Applicant) has submitted an application for a minor subdivision to split the parcel currently identified as 60-00406-0650 into 2 separate parcels. 

Following the previous public hearing –Land Use Plan/ Map Amendment Application- Jessica Keefe (Applicant, and James & Associates, LLLP (Owner) submitted an application to the parcel currently identified as PID #60-00484-0110. The application will be to amend the Future Land Use Map to change the land use designation from Commercial to High Density Residential. 

Anyone interested in these issues is encouraged to attend and comment at the Public Hearing.  If you are unable to attend, please provide written comment to Austin Petersen at P.O. Box 250, Becker, MN 55308 or by e-mail to apetersen@ci.becker.mn.us by 4:30 p.m. April 28th, 2025.
