PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

HEARING DATE:  MONDAY, JUNE 16, 2025 AT 7:00 P.M.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council for the City of Clear Lake, Sherburne County, Minnesota, will meet at 7684 1ST Ave West in said city for the purpose of considering the request for a re-zoning classification on the following described property located in the City of Clear Lake:

Property Location: 8890 Main Avenue, Clear Lake, MN

Applicant: Robert Boelz

Present Zoning Classification: A-1

Type of Request:    Rezone to B-2 (Highway Commercial District) which will change this property from Agricultural to B-2, property owner would like to place a Beauty Salon in one of the existing buildings. The public is urged to attend this hearing and all persons desiring to be heard with reference to the proposed re-zoning request will be heard. Written and oral arguments will be considered.  Written comments must be received in the clerk’s office prior to the hearing date.
