NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, The Santiago Town Board of Supervisors, Sherburne County, Minnesota, is requesting bids, from interested contractors, for the following; 

MICRO-SURFACING SURFACE COURSE, MATERIALS, and EMULSION: CQS-lHP OR CQS-lP, AGGREGATE: TYPE 2 GRANITE. APPLICATION RATES-TYPE 2 AGGREGATE- 20 POUNDS PER SQ. YD. - EMULSION- 13% OF DRY WEIGHT AGGREGATE 

For the following Santiago Township Roads; 64th St., 63rd St., 160th Ave., 41st St., 16l5t Ave.(north and south), 19th St.(surface course only), 20th St.(east and west), 215tSt., 173rd Ave., 20th St. (thru town wider width) and also parking lot at the town hall. 

Approximate 4.75 miles. 

The Santiago Town board of Supervisors will open and examine the bids at the regular town board meeting scheduled for July 9, 2025. Work to be completed by December 1, 2025. The bids should be marked as such.
