An Ordinance Amending Section 17, Special 

Provisions of the Becker Joint Planning Board Zoning Ordinance

The Becker Joint Planning Board so ordains:

Section 1.

The Becker Joint Planning Board Zoning Ordinance shall be amended as follows:

                Section 17. Special Provisions

Insertion of new subsection 17.1 ZONING: Cannabis, and renumbering of existing subsections

Section 2.  Effective Date.

This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and publication.
