NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR A 

REQUEST TO VACATE 

EASEMENTS IN BIG LAKE INDUSTRIAL 

PARK EAST PLAT

You are hereby notified that the Big Lake City Council will hold a public hearing to consider vacation of drainage and utility easements in Big Lake Industrial Park East Plat Three. Lot 1 and Lot 2, Block 1 of Big Lake Industrial Park East Plat Three are proposed to be combined. The hearing will be held in the Big Lake City Hall Council Chambers located at 160 Lake Street North on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at or about 6:00 p.m.

Applicant/Owner: ZoeIsla Holdings, LLC, 20033 176th St 

                                NW Big Lake, MN 55309

Location: 20033 and 20025 176th St. NW, Big Lake, MN 55309

PIDS: 65-00512-0105 and 65-00512-0110

Request(s): A vacation of drainage and utility easements on Lot 1 and Lot 2, Block 1 of Big Lake Industrial Park East Plat Three in order to combine the two lots.
