CITY OF BIG LAKE, MINNESOTA

ORDINANCE NO. 2025-03

The Big Lake City Code is amended to amend Chapter 11 (Subdivision), Section 1101.04 (Definitions) of the Big Lake Municipal Code to change the definition of “Significant Tree” to increase the minimum diameter of a deciduous tree from six-inches to eight-inches. A printed copy of the Ordinance is available for inspection during regular office hours in the office of the City Clerk. Adopted by the Big Lake City Council this 26th day of March, 2025.
